We will send you the gift voucher, with all the relevant artist contact details. Then the artist requests you send the a clear photograph of your pet with as much detail as possible, please try not to use a flash, take photo outside to capture natural light, which gives much better results. Make sure you take the photograph at eye level with your pet, and that they are facing the light source.

Please allow 3-6 weeks for completion this may take longer in the few months before Christmas. Unless specified all paintings have a neutral background to compliment the pet.
